WORK HOURS Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Full Time Team members work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary, and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.
Peak Season (July-December) Requirements
Mandatory overtime may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

BSN Production Associate, this role is responsible for assisting with the production of screen-printed material. Roles include the production, coating, and cleaning of screens used in the screen-printing process, quality checking finished products based on customer specifications, assisting with press loading material and by applying ink to screens, the movement of material throughout the facility, and the use of an RF scanner.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Reviews work order, observes specifications and any special notes, and prepares work area to start to print multi-color work.
• Direct physical activity is required to maintain their productivity while meeting the highest quality specifications.
• Quality check decorated garments based on customer specifications.
• Assist the press operator by loading material on the press, applying ink to screens, changing squeegees, and pre-counting material before decoration based on the paperwork.
• Operation of machinery is used to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens used in the screen-printing process.
• Move material into staging locations throughout the facility using a pallet jack and RF scanner.
• Ensures that their area and equipment are kept clean and wiped down with press wash at least once per week.
• Utilize all personal protective equipment as required for personal safety and the safety of their peers.

QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ABILITIES

• Must be able to follow orders and proper machine operating
• Candidates are required to differentiate and coordinate colors
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Able to cooperate and work well with others in a team-oriented environment
• Must be punctual with excellence in attendance

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• 1 - 2 years' experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience
• Learn tasks quickly, are detailed, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance
• Must be very comfortable with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
