Job description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Must have good work performance with emphasis on attendance, punctuality, and attitude
  • Must be proficient in the use of computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Networking.
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays.
  • Maintaining confidentiality is a requirement.
  • Must continue to be licensable under the requirements of the Northern Arapaho Gaming Agency.
  • Must continue to pass random drug test.
  • Must comply with the Minimum Internal Controls for Slot Machines.
  • Must have the ability to supervise the Slot Machines on the floor.
  • Must perform preventative maintenance of machines which includes vacuuming, cleaning bill accepter, printer, checking buttons, replacing light bulbs, and cleaning outside of machine.
  • Must know game types, how game is played, and deal with customer disputes.
  • Must maintain machines with any type of repairs, paper outs, printer jam, bill jam, screen repair, etc.
  • Must learn all different types of machines and know how to set up options.
  • Must be knowledgeable with tools used for slot machine maintenance.
  • All other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.

Conditions of Employment:
  • Performs needed repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance to slot machines either on the floor or in the Slot Tech Room.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Ensures that slot machines are in good working order.
  • Assists with machine installs and game changes.
  • Assures excellent customer service to all patrons/guests by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Attends all relevant staff meeting and trainings.

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have a valid Wyoming Driver's License.
  • Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Must be able to work in a second-hand smoke environment.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to be mobile throughout the casino for duration of shift.
