PAY RANGE:
$16 an hour
HOURS:
Monday-Friday 9am-12pm OR 12pm-4pm
POSITION SUMMARY:

The Student Clerk will provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves performing a variety of tasks including data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing communications. The ideal candidate will be a current college student who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Office Managementย 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.ย 
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed.ย 

Administrative Support:ย 

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.ย 

Data Management:ย 

  • Enter and update data in databases and spreadsheets.ย 
  • Maintain filing systems both electronically and physically.ย 
  • Retrieve information as requested from records, emails, and other related documents

Communication:ย 

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism.ย 
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.ย 
  • Communicate with clients and staff to provide information and assistance.ย 

Project Assistance:ย 

  • Support team members with various administrative tasks and projects.ย 
  • Coordinate and assist with event planning and execution.
