Job description

We are seeking a Screen Printing Production Line Worker to join our team! You will assist in printing t-shirts and sweatshirts to meet commercial or promotional need.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in production by catching and folding clothing items from a conveyor belt
  • Maintain quality control by communicating with other members of the production team
  • Monitor production quantities and box orders according to specific orders
  • Label and manage finished boxes / orders until they are out of shop
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Must be able to work alone and with little supervision while keeping up quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing or warehousing
  • Previous experience demonstrating the ability to work at a fast pace while
  • Previous experience demonstrating the ability to be very detail oriented
  • Must have reliable transportation

This position involves handling hot materials and standing for extended periods of time. It also requires bending, twisting, and lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs. This is a hands on, manufacturing position and you should only apply if you are interested in physical work. This position doesn't require customer interaction and there is no dress code. Workers can wear headphones to listen to music while working, or play music over a loud speaker. Being on time is extremely important as shifts are schedule to coordinate with numerous other employees.
