Job description

SUMMARY: The Screen Printer is responsible for processing materials through the green fab screen print operation, including via filling, bore coating, metalizing, lamination, and punching on hard tools. This role follows established process documentation, work instructions, drawings, and visual aids to ensure quality, safety, and production requirements are met. The position also supports material movement, documentation completion, clean room protocols, and may assist in training fellow employees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Operate semi-automatic screen printing equipment in the green fab area.
  • Perform manufacturing processes including via filling, bore coating, metalizing, lamination, and punching on hard tools.
  • Follow process documentation, work instructions, drawings, visual aids, and training guidance.
  • Complete required process documentation and material transfers in and out of the green fab.
  • Maintain daily and weekly cleaning protocols within the green fab.
  • Comply with all safety requirements and clean room procedures.
  • Assist in training fellow employees as needed.

  • Use of a microscope with a reticle.
  • Reading and following process documents, work instructions, and test plans.
  • Reading and interpreting part drawings.
  • Taking verbal and written direction.

  • Working in a clean room environment while wearing required protective garments.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
