About the role:
Christ Covenant is looking for a talented and mission-minded Graphic Designer to join our Communications Team. This role exists to help visually communicate the beauty of the gospel and the life of our church across all platforms. The ideal candidate is creative and collaborative, proficient in adobe creative suite, and has an eye for beautiful and effective design. This person also has a deep love for the local church and a desire to use their design skills to serve the mission of Christ Covenant.
What you'll do:
Branding
  • Maintain brand consistency and art direction from the Communications and Creative Director
  • Design all digital and print materials against the established brand guidelines
  • Managing staff access and usage of fonts colors and brand elements

Designing
  • Designs graphics for a variety of mediums-including screens, print, web, social media, and graphics for video for all ministries and church wide initiatives
  • Supporting graphic design needs for video editing and creation
  • Supporting visual communications needs for building and facility needs (eg: signage, etc)
  • Supports creative projects from concept to execution, in collaboration with the Communications and Creative Director.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (design-related field preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field
  • Needs to be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design) and Canva
