About The Role

The CRP MLSC Office Clerk is a part-time, temporary position that provides clerical and administrative support to the Mortgage Loan Servicing Center. This role helps keep daily office tasks organized, accurate, and moving efficiently so the MLSC team can continue supporting borrowers, division partners, and internal servicing functions.

All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background.

WA Applicants ONLY range: Spokane $17.31 to $24.43  per hour.

The Office Clerk will assist with requesting items from third parties, document handling, filing, data entry, support, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

·         Provide general office support to the MLSC team, including special projects, backlog assistance, and other duties as assigned.

·         Assist with indexing, organizing, and filing loan servicing documents in accordance with department procedures.

·         Perform basic data entry and document tracking to help maintain accurate servicing records.

·         Review documents for completeness and route missing or unclear items to the appropriate MLSC team member for follow-up.

·         Help maintain electronic files to support audit readiness, record retention, and efficient department operations.

·         Assist other clerical tasks needed for servicing, escrow, customer service, loss mitigation, or investor reporting support.

·         Communicate clearly with team members and ask questions when additional guidance or clarification is needed.

·         Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
