About the Role

We're looking for an experienced screen printer to join our production team. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and can keep up in a fast-paced shop environment.


What You'll Do

  • Set up and run print jobs on manual and/or automatic presses
  • Register multi-color jobs quickly and accurately
  • Maintain consistent print quality throughout production runs
  • Troubleshoot minor press and print issues as they come up
  • Keep your workstation clean and organized
  • Jump in wherever needed across production — screen room, pressing, finishing, and packaging

What We're Looking For

  • Prior screen printing experience required
  • Experience on a manual press required; automatic press experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to register multi-color jobs efficiently and with precision
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent print quality
  • Reliable — shows up on time, every time
