Position Summary...The Specialist - Technology Logistics Support role is required for day-to-day support of equipment in the logistics environment. This role is also responsible for receiving, tracking, and resolving L1 Service Desk requests and incidents, submitted by customers via walk-up or systematically. This role assists with the installation of new systems and services as required Monitor Data center alarms and co-ordinate with 3rd Party, SSC and Global Technology for maintenance.What you'll do...

1. Serves as first point of contact for DC/FC users seeking IT support.
2. Aims to resolve a significant portion of incidents and fulfill routine service requests directly.
3. Act as communication bridge between the operations and various support teams to facilitate smooth information flow and effective problem resolution.
4. Manage release of planned outages and upgrades to ensure successful implementation.
5. Assist with supporting Microsoft Windows and its office products.
6. First level support of all office printers in preventive and remedial capacity.
7. When unable to resolve an issue themselves, escalates incidents and complex service requests to the appropriate global support and specialist teams.
8. All other duties as assigned.
