Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION: Screen Print Production Stager

HOURS: 2nd Shift – Monday-Thursday 3pm-12am; Friday 3pm-7pm

REPORTS TO: 2nd Shift – Screen Print Production Supervisor

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

As a screen print production stager, you help make the 4imprint brand come alive by supplying the embroidery machines with raw product, which are turned into customers’ orders.


Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job.)

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
  • Pull orders from the staging area to put by the machines to ensure all machines have enough non-screen printed product and screens to avoid delays.
  • Use RF scanners to manage and ensure inventory accuracy and track orders.
  • Work with the production team to make sure all orders and screens are updated and available.
  • May be required to help in shipping.
  • Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
  • Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
