Job description

Apply deep knowledge of statistical data science fundamentals and solid quantitative and analytical skills in working with complex data sets, conducting multiple regression analysis, and leveraging other statistical tools like R, SQL, Tableau, Excel, etc. Job Duties:
  • Process various clients' financial data sets using advanced statistical, quantitative, econometric techniques and create statistical financial data reports using analytical or scientific software, such as Python, MATLAB, R, VBA, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Improve efficiency of the financial models and valuation codes by using deep learning and optimization skills, such as parallel computing.
  • Research and acquire additional sources of financial data, including web scraping to help researchers and financial industry experts with insightful information.
  • Create visualizations, such as heatmaps or dashboards that are interactive, intuitive, and informative.
  • Apply mathematical or statistical techniques to assist testifying experts/consultants with the preparation of financial data summary reports or customized data queries.
  • Provide financial data support to our Financial Economists as they serve as expert witnesses before courts and arbitration panels during securities litigations and disputes.
Requirements:

Master's Degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or another quantitative science related field.
