Job description

Job Title: Professional Painter
Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare surfaces, apply paint and finish, and ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, and priming.
  • Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • Protect furniture, floors, and fixtures with drop cloths and masking materials.
  • Mix and match paint colors as needed.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain painting tools and equipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
  • Clean work areas after each project.

Qualifications:
  • Previous painting experience preferred (residential and/or commercial).
  • Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders and scaffolding.
