What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Scrap Supervisor, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Scrap Supervisor, you need knowledge of scrap materials, recycling processes, and inventory management, often supported by experience in industrial or recycling environments. Familiarity with material handling equipment, safety protocols, and sometimes certification in hazardous materials handling is typical.
