Job Summary:

Veo seeks operations professionals who are passionate about maintaining our vehicles and continually improving the efficiency of our fleet operations. Repair Technicians perform maintenance, repairs, quality checks, and inventory management to ensure our electric bike and scooter fleet remains safe, reliable, and available for riders.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player who loves to solve problems, work with their hands, and be active throughout an entire shift.

Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive repairs on electric bikes and scooters, ranging from minor adjustments to full motor replacements

Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards

Accurately log and track maintenance records using established processes

Monitor and manage spare parts inventory

Maintain an organized warehouse and set a positive example for teammates

Perform field tasks as needed, including battery swaps and fleet redistribution

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

1+ year of experience in maintenance, mechanical repair, or automotive work

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 80 lbs

Strong problem-solving skills and a self-motivated work style

Have a smartphone and be App-savvy

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Nice to Haves:

Experience repairing bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automobiles

Basic knowledge of electronics

Flexible schedule including early morning, night, and weekend shifts

Related experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, automotive, or mechanical repair environments
