  • Below are the essential Functions (include but not limited to):
  • - Liaise with warehouses and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
  • - Maintain accurate records of all logistics operations and provide regular reports to management.
  • - Process order entries and ensure timely delivery using various carriers.
  • - Responsibility over the entire logistics process, including monitoring the delivery of orders to customers and ensuring that the shipment remains on schedule
  • - Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks
  • - Inventory Control
  • - Contract review/update/negotiations
  • - Managing 3PL
  • - Resolve issues and proactively set up the new process/execute the process improvement
  • - Logistics/SCM system maintenance and implementation
  • - Manage the team and evaluate team members' performance and set up/execute the improvement plan
  • - Manage customer (end-user) relations issues and follow up -This includes contacting resellers, promote, status check and follow up
  • - Manage service center operations

Qualifications
