Position Summary

We are seeking a Data Scientist to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to support business decision-making. The role will focus on reporting, dashboard development, process automation, and delivering actionable insights using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Develop and maintain recurring business and management reports.
  • Design interactive dashboards and visualizations using MS Power BI.
  • Build data models, measures, calculated columns, and reports in Power BI.
  • Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, reconciliations, pivot tables, formulas, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data processes.
  • Develop automated workflows, templates, and reporting solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor data quality and investigate discrepancies or unusual trends.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and meaningful insights.
  • Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, Power Query, and DAX.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, conditional formulas, charts, and data validation.
