Here is the JD for Python Developer I am looking for: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Experience in Utilizing Robot Framework and Python 
  • Experience with backend frameworks such as Gin (Go), Flask/Django (Python).
  • Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Knowledge of Google Maps SDK for location-based services.
  • Experience with MQTT and WebSocket protocols for real-time communication.
  • Experience developing real-time applications with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in AI/ML, LLMs, Rag.
