Job description

Python/Generative AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python/Generative AI Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced Generative AI models and applications, including sophisticated chat interfaces.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates and IT planning for application development.
  • Monitor and control all phases of the development process, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation, and provide user and operational support.
  • Utilize in-depth specialty knowledge of application development to analyze complex problems, evaluate business processes and systems, and make evaluative judgments.
  • Recommend and develop security measures after implementation to ensure successful system design and functionality.
  • Consult with users, clients and technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and assist with system exposure.
  • Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
  • Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
  • Operate with limited supervision, exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
  • Act as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding the firm’s reputation, compliance, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Required Qualifications
  • 5‑8 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
  • Proven experience with Generative AI models, including large language models or other generative architectures.
  • Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
  • Experience with Google ADK or similar Google AI/ML platforms and SDKs.
  • Strong front‑end development skills, particularly with React for building interactive user interfaces.
  • Experience implementing chat functionalities, including HTTP streaming, asynchronous operations, file uploads, and chat formatting techniques.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices for deploying and managing AI models.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
