Position Description:
The person accepting this position will teach Middle School Science. The successful candidate aligns with these values: a community of care, an ethic of excellence, a culture of joy, collaboration for teaching and learning with student and adults, and a commitment to "all means all".
Special Requirements:
1. Valid Oregon teaching license appropriate to the assignment.
2. Must have a science endorsement.
3. AVID training and experience, preferred.
4. Must be willing to work as a team member.
5. Bilingual applicants preferred bu not required.
6. Must demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality.
7. Ability to work well with other staff, parents and students.
This position is 1.0 FTE; 191 days per year
Start date: 8/31/2026
Licensed employees hired with a start date after 8/31/2026 will be TEMPORARY employees for the 2026-27 school year.
