Performance Expectations: Identify, connect and establish relationships with organizations/departments within the university (i.e., Greek Life, Athletics, Sales and Science) Partner with MSCโ€™s Campus Directors to support area university outreach efforts Connect with MSC alumni that had involvement in (Greek Life, Athletics, Sales or Science organizations) at their university Build Handshake presence Initiate and coordinate Virtual Open Houses (engage schoolโ€™s alumni) Attend Career Fairs, when appropriate and reasonable Utilize LinkedIn to identify and connect with recent college graduates Provide support to Career Advisors as needed Covering when out of office Support TotalOrtho students Possess a thorough understanding of Medical Sales College and the medical/surgical sales industry Maintain a thorough knowledge of the school catalogs, company policies and best practices Shall not misrepresent the nature of the school, facility, programs, expected outcome of training, employment, salary expectations, etc. in any way, either directly or indirectly, implied or omitted Provide support, when needed in other MSC departments (i.e., Marketing) Responsibilities: Active presence on LinkedIn Call universities to identify key contacts to achieve the position objective Educate and advise candidates on the medical sales industry, Medical Sales College and the internship Work assigned hours Proactively research and identify new opportunities via outbound efforts utilizing university relationships, word of mouth, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, direct referrals, etc. Qualifications: Bachelorโ€™s degree Prefer candidates with experience in college Sales Programs, College Athletics, Greek Life High level of initiative, attention to detail with a desire to work and excel in a dynamic, fast paced environment Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer with heavy telephone interactions Proficiency with modern technology and platforms such as (Google Drive and Docs, etc.) Ability to use LinkedIn for networking Possible after hours work required (evenings and weekends) Work in the Tampa office Compensation: $40,000 Base Salary W-2 Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision, Paid Time Off Paid MSC tuition upon internship completion (12 month commitment)
