  • Attend design and construction meetings and help document discussions and action items.
  • Assist with basic project coordination tasks.
  • Assist with technical report writing and data organization.
  • Provide drafting and design support for contract documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Participate in internal training and continuing education programs.
  • Work in a combination of office and field environments.

  • Strong interest in building enclosure design and investigation.
  • Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects with guidance.
  • Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interest in developing technical writing skills.
  • Professional attitude, curiosity, and a strong work ethic.
  • Construction site experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, drawings, and specifications is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Revit.
  • Valid driver's license and clean DMV record.

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Science OR 2+ years of relevant work experience.

  • Coursework or internship exposure to building science or building enclosure concepts preferred
