โ€ข Facilitate science inquiry activities and other science demonstrations
โ€ข Interact with 4th and 5th grade girls during a Saturday morning program (5-6 consecutive sessions)
โ€ข Work with a peer to facilitate the program
โ€ข Engage in weekly training sessions (1-2 hours)
โ€ข Serve as a role model
