The payment shall be paid as follows: 1st half ($5000) to be paid in the first paycheck and 2nd half ($5,000) to be paid at the end of the 2nd school year providing the employee is in active paid status at the time of the final school year paycheck. Unit members hired without a full credential (Intern, permit, waiver, etc) shall become eligible the year following receipt of their credential.
