We have multiple Research, Analytics & Strategy internship opportunities available. Your Role Accountabilities

Duties could include:

• Responsible for tracking and analyzing key performance and engagement metrics across Digital platforms and products, and in the broader news and information landscape.

• Conduct comprehensive research on consumer behaviors and insights, including demographic analysis.

• Identify industries that benefit or are harmed the most by current consumer trends.

• Assist the department's analysts with daily performance reports, including tracking daily top stories on CNN and running Nielsen ratings reports for CNN and its competitors

• Produce CNN Original Series and Films dashboard reports

• Update existing trackers with the performance of CNN's content across the WBD portfolio

• Assist with primary research projects, including producing surveys for viewer feedback and testing potential titles for new program launches

• Help manage the team's ePoll Market Research submissions schedule

• Assist with the team's data visualization and automation projects

• Embrace learning new skills, tools and analytical techniques

Qualifications & Experience

Essentials needed for the positions that are similar across the above roles (these do not all have to apply to every single role)

• Candidates should be passionate about data & analytics, news, emerging technology and media trends, and should have the curiosity to explore data, driven to understand the ''why'', and a passion to draw connections

• Attention to detail and data accuracy

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Project and time management skills - ability to be organized and proactive

• Knowledge in/experience with PivotTables and essential Excel analysis formulas (including IF, VLOOKUP, COUNT, SUMIF)

• Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollmentrequired)

• Must be a rising Junior or rising Senior undergrad student (18 years or older)

• Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA)A transcriptwill berequiredto verify your GPA if an offer is extended.
