Enterprise Real Estate (ERE) provides a variety of services to support all business units across TD Bank Group in Canada, the U.S. and Internationally. ERE develops and implements Real Estate policies aligned with TD Bank Group's objectives, provides Real Estate strategies and solutions that align with business unit objectives and ensures service delivery is timely, cost effective and meets internal business needs.

Enterprise Real Estate provides internal consulting services to its business partners - in Canada, the U.S. and internationally - to effectively manage and develop long term strategic plans for TD's corporate real estate portfolio.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will support Enterprise Real Estate's Business Architecture team in executing various technology, data, analytics, and business initiatives. The candidate will be exposed to a variety of activities such as:

  • Support the development of AI, machine learning, data science, and advanced analytics solutions

  • Cloud computing, cloud infrastructure, and data platform initiatives

  • Automation of business processes, workflows, and operational activities

  • Data engineering, data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and business intelligence activities

  • Geospatial analytics, mapping, and spatial data analysis

  • Building information modeling (BIM), digital twin, and building data management initiatives

  • Data governance, information management, and data quality activities

  • Documentation of business requirements, technical processes, and solution designs

  • Ad hoc assignments to support colleagues, projects, and strategic initiatives

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field with the intent of returning to school

  • Experience with Python, SQL, data engineering, automation, or cloud technologies

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud data platform concepts

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI and data visualization concepts

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders

  • Additional skills that would be considered an asset:

    • Experience with AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs)

    • Experience with GIS, mapping technologies, or spatial data analysis

    • Exposure to building information modeling (BIM), digital twin, asset information, or metadata management

    • Previous Corporate Real Estate experience (e.g. facilities management, construction, workplace management, or related fields)
