What You Will Do:
  • Employ strong technical skills and a business mindset to swiftly identify opportunities, requirements, and risk and generate analytical solutions for clients' mission needs.
  • Utilize tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau to wrangle, analyze, and visualize data and automate analytical and business processes and analytical solutions.
  • Utilize Power Automate to automate analytical and business processes. Work independently or in small teams to develop solutions and drive initiatives forward.
  • Communicate effectively to convey technical information to technical clients and appropriately present technical solutions to non-technical audiences, including leadership.

What You Will Need:
  • Active SECRET security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • TWO (2) years of relevant professional experience in data analytics and business intelligence (BI).
  • Experience in querying and wrangling data using SQL.
  • Experience in connecting to data sources and building dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to work on client site in Washington D.C. 5 days per week and support future projects that are on-site or hybrid in the DC metro area or remote as needed.

What Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
  • THREE (3) years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence (BI), data science, and automation.
  • Proficiency in connecting to data sources and building dashboards using Power BI.
  • Ability to learn how to automate data analytics and other business processes using Power Apps / Power Automate.
  • Ability to understand client mission, business processes, and data nuances and adapt solutions accordingly.
  • Ability to identify and define appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) for business needs.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present technical solutions, insights, and results to technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
