Senior Superintendent | Austin, TX

Our client, a growing and highly respected commercial general contractor, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead complex laboratory and technical construction projects in the Austin market. What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
  • Strong background in MEP coordination and technical building systems
  • Experience delivering laboratory, life science, biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, cleanroom, or R&D facilities
  • Familiarity with lab equipment installation, utility infrastructure, commissioning, and turnover processes
  • Knowledge of NEMA standards and electrical systems within technical environments
  • Ability to lead field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules on complex builds
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with clients, architects, engineers, and project teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced, highly detailed project environments
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead field operations from preconstruction through project completion
  • Drive jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule performance
  • Coordinate complex MEP systems and laboratory infrastructure requirements
  • Manage subcontractors, daily site activities, and site logistics
  • Lead OAC meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Support commissioning, startup, and turnover of sophisticated laboratory and technical spaces
