  • Drive Inbound/Outbound Excellence: Guide team members through aggressive outreach campaigns, including high-volume cold calling, warm lead follow-ups, and prospecting to rapidly expand our agent network.
  • Set the Bar: Establish daily performance metrics, call-volume expectations, and accountability standards that align with company growth targets.
  • Pipeline and CRM Mastery: Monitor call center metrics (talk time, conversion rates, wrap-up time) and maintain strict oversight of CRM processes to ensure accurate, real-time pipeline tracking.
  • Live Coaching: Conduct live call monitoring, side-by-side coaching, and regular performance huddles to sharpen sales pitches, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Expand Market Share: Oversee the recruitment of new independent agents and agencies, while strategically cross-selling existing agents on additional carriers and product lines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Carrier Relations to optimize lead generation, streamline workflows, and maximize recruiting effectiveness.
  • Analyze & Pivot: Dive into call analytics, conversion trends, and market opportunities to identify areas for rapid growth and process improvement.
  • Scale Training Programs: Develop and execute high-impact training modules, script enhancements, and onboarding processes that get new hires producing results quickly.
  • Conquer Peak Seasons: Rally the troops and optimize resource allocation during high-volume enrollment seasons (including AEP) to ensure maximum productivity and flawless execution.
  • Stay Sharp & Compliant: Keep the team ahead of the curve on industry trends, carrier updates, and regulatory requirements to ensure sales pitches are both highly effective and fully compliant.
Perks and Benefits for Full-time Employees:
  • Competitive salary tailored to your experience
  • Fully company-funded healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision) for full-time employees
  • Complimentary life insurance, identity theft protection, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program for added support
  • Optional voluntary benefits for extra peace of mind
  • Half-day Fridays from January through September, with full-day pay, to support work-life balance
  • Paid company holidays
  • Immediate access to paid time off, including sick leave
  • Opportunities for professional development to grow your skills and advance your career
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
