POSITION TITLE: DIRECTOR OF HIGH SCHOOLS - 250 DAY

INFORMATION / REQUIREMENTS

This position will remain open until filled. The first screening of applications will take place at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Applications received after that date may be reviewed and considered as they are received. An essential function of this position is the ability to work in person and physically report for work on site.

JOB SUMMARY: This position serves on the Associate Superintendent's staff, provides support for the planning, organization, administration, and management of all schools assigned to the area division. This position provides supervision to school-based leaders and teams to ensure the successful operation of schools and supports the school improvement process. This position performs related duties as required by the Associate Superintendent.

SALARY: Grade 21 Salary Range: $152,807 - $247,702 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package
