A well-established and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm is seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an opportunity for a motivated attorney to take on a leadership role in complex litigation cases while advocating for clients’ best interests.


Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in personal injury litigation, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, client communication, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.

• Conduct negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to secure favorable settlements.

• Provide legal guidance to clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to build trust and confidence.

Key Qualifications:
