Job Title: Unarmed School Security Guard


Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM

Start Date: August 11


Job Summary


We are seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-focused Unarmed Security Guard to provide security services at a school campus. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors by conducting routine patrols, monitoring campus activity, and responding appropriately to security concerns.


Responsibilities

Conduct regular walking patrols throughout the school campus, parking lots, and surrounding areas.

Monitor campus entrances, exits, and common areas to ensure the safety of students, staff, and visitors.

Maintain a visible security presence to deter unauthorized activity and promote a safe environment.

Report suspicious activity, incidents, hazards, or safety concerns promptly.

Assist school administration and emergency personnel when necessary.

Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately and professionally.

Follow all school policies, security procedures, and company protocols.

Provide excellent customer service while interacting respectfully with students, staff, parents, and visitors.

Minimum Qualifications

Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required)

Current SB 1626 Certification (Required)

Current SB 390 Certification (Required)

Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods throughout the workday.

Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.

Professional appearance and dependable attendance.

Physical Requirements

Frequent walking throughout the school campus.
