Job Title

Elementary School Site Supervisor

Job Description

Under general supervision, to supervise students during non-instructional periods and to perform a variety of basic clerical duties, such as, answer phones, greeting visitors, and other routine related duties.

Required Qualifications

Experience in organizing and participating in group social or recreational activities of children is highly desirable as is experience performing basic clerical duties. Volunteer and other non-paid experience is acceptable. Possession of a valid First Aide/CPR training certificate is required.

Selection Procedure

The selection process will consist of a written exam and a qualifications appraisal interview each weighted 50%.

Documents Required

A resume, a letter of introduction, three letters of recommendation, no older than a year, signed and dated (current, permanent, employees do not need to submit letters of recommendation), a copy of high school diploma/transcripts or GED, and a copy of a valid First Aid/CPR certificate from an authorized agency.
