Computer Lab Attendant  $600+ WEEKLY

Job Duties
  • Greet and welcome team members as they arrive at the computer lab.
  • Check in team members as they arrive to participate in the survey.
  • Assist team members with completing the survey.
  • Read survey questions aloud to team members when assistance is needed.
  • Enter team members' responses on their behalf when requested or necessary.
  • Provide clear and professional assistance throughout the survey process.
  • Answer basic questions and provide general guidance regarding the survey process.
  • Maintain and replenish the survey gift inventory within the computer lab.
  • Distribute appreciation gifts to team members upon completion of the survey.
  • Keep the computer lab organized, clean, and properly stocked.
  • Follow all casino policies, procedures, and safety requirements.


Key Requirements:
  • Previous clerical, administrative, customer service, or general labor experience preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate a computer-based survey.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to read survey questions clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to accurately enter information and responses.
