  • Deliver top-notch cleaning services for homes and offices, following SparkleMafias proven system and Work Orders that outline client preferences.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with a keen eye for detail, maintaining a 4-star+ rating.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, leaving notes or reporting issues to our Customer Service team.
  • Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly, with support from your Team Supervisor.
  • Spread the SparkleMafia name by sharing promotional materials and displaying car signage during work hours.
  • Occasionally lead small teams, dividing tasks and inspecting work.

  • Schedule: On-call Monday-Friday 8:00 AM5:30 PM. Optional evenings or Saturdays based on your availability.
  • Role: Report to the Team Supervisor; no regular supervisory duties, but you may occasionally lead a small team.
