What We're Looking For

  • Meets all school bus driver qualifications and training requirements outlined in Ohio Administrative Code 3301-83-06 and 3301-83-10.
  • Holds and maintains a valid Ohio CDL with all required endorsements.
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to safe, defensive driving practices.
  • Remains calm and focused while navigating traffic, weather challenges, and passenger distractions.
  • Available to work non-traditional schedules and occasional irregular hours as needed.
  • Possesses basic computer skills or is willing to quickly learn job-related technology.
  • Brings a positive attitude, professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
  • Maintains a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
