School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | 2026-2027 School Year | Near Castroville, CA
Are you a Registered Behavior Technician looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting? Soliant is partnering with a supportive district near Castroville, California to hire dedicated RBTs for the upcoming school year. Position Details
2026-2027 school year
32-35 hours per week
Onsite assignment near Castroville, CA
1:1 student support
Hourly pay: $29-$33, based on experience
Responsibilities
Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under the guidance of the educational team
Collect and document behavioral and academic data to monitor student progress
Provide consistent one-on-one support throughout the school day
