School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: A local charter school in Philadelphia, PA 19136

Schedule: M-F, 7:15am-3:15pm. This is an hourly position; you are only paid for the hours that you work.

Caseload: K-8

What you'll do as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in the school setting by implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote skill development, encourage positive behaviors, collect data, and support students in achieving their educational and behavioral goals.

Qualifications

  • Must have High Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have minimum one year demonstrated experience working in a school setting, preferably with students with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
  • RBT certification is required
  • Must be comfortable using a computer
  • Must be able to complete clinical documentation to school district standards
  • Current clearances (within 6 months)
