  • Location: Essex County, NJ

  • Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT

  • Compensation: $20–30/hr (based on experience)

  • Type: Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week)

  • Shifts: Afternoons/Evenings (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client)

Afternoon Schedules:

  • East Orange, NJ: M- F: 3:30- 7:30PM

  • Newark, NJ: M- F: 3:30/4- 6:30/7PM

  • Bloomfield, NJ: M- F: 4- 7PM

About Compass ABA:

  • As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.

  • Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.

  • Work in homes or community settings.

Responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT:
