As a Behavior Technician, you'll work 1-on-1 with kids diagnosed with autism helping them build life-changing skills like talking, playing, and making choices.

Pay & Benefits

Hiring Bonus
  • $300 for part-time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
  • $600 for part-time employees after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months

Additional Pay Incentives
  • +$2/hour for weekend shifts
