Your Role as an RBT:

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to:

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children in a structured, engaging environment

  • Implement personalized behavior plans to help children build daily living, communication, and social skills

  • Collect data and track progress to support clinical goals

  • Collaborate with clinical teams and parents to ensure consistent care

  • Bring energy, creativity, and patience to every session


Who We’re Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills and love for working with children

  • Availability for part-time shifts (weekdays or weekends)

  • Must be reliable, compassionate, and eager to learn

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with children or individuals with special needs

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, or related field

  • Knowledge of ABA principles (a plus, not required)

  • RBT certification (preferred but not required – we’ll help you get there!)
