At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our clients.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a critical role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team of behavior analysts and therapists, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral plans and protocols under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Provide in-home and community-based behavioral therapy services to children aged 0-21

  • Maintain accurate and complete records of client sessions and progress

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education) preferred

  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred

  • Ability to lift and move equipment, as well as provide physical support to clients as needed

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes and community locations
