Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA for a full-time, school-based opportunity supporting high school students across multiple campuses.

Position Details:

  • Start Date: August 3, 2026
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
  • Contract Length: 180 school days
  • Setting: 2–3 high schools

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a caseload of 45–55 high school students (may vary with attendance)
  • Provide behavior analysis services and develop intervention plans
  • Conduct RBT supervision (Amergis RBTs only)
  • Collaborate with school teams to support student success

Additional Information:

  • Local Pay Rate: $80+/hour

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits.  The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

Minimum Requirements:  

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field
  • Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools
  • One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice 
  • Current CPR if applicable
  • TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable 
  • Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) 
  • Must meet all federal, state and local requirements 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
