Job description

Do you have at least one year of experience using WMS or inventory systems in a fast-paced environment? Then this Inventory Coordinator opportunity with a food production company in Kent, WA could be the right next step in your career!

This full-time, temp-to-hire position is with a food processing facility that specializes in fresh, ready-to-eat products distributed to popular grocery stores and businesses. You’ll be working in a collaborative and diverse environment where reliability and consistency are valued.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting production by coordinating inventory and ensuring the right ingredients are in place and ready to go. If you enjoy a hands-on role with lots of movement, this could be a great fit!

Inventory Coordinator | Food Production Duties:
  • Pick totes of ingredients using a forklift and RF scanner
  • Coordinate and prepare production ingredient requests for the line
  • Scan items in and out of inventory using RF scanner
  • Use computer and WMS system to verify inventory accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the WIP Room
Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 5:00am or 7:00am start time
  • Must be able to work mandatory overtime and consistent 11–12 hour shifts
Pay: $21 per hour

Inventory Coordinator | Food Production Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience using WMS or inventory systems
  • 6 months of experience using an RF scanner
  • Computer proficiency for data entry
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfortable working in a cold environment (36°F)
  • Forklift experience a plus!
