Job description

Part time scanner filer/ scanner needed for fast pace accounting office. Must be organized and have good time management skills. The main role for the runner is to deliver contracts and payoffs to local lien holds as well as pick up or deliver other documents for the dealership.

Responsibilities
  • Scan daily repair orders and parts invoices into computer system
  • Daily filing
  • Answer phones

Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • Must be able to pass drug test and back ground check
