  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot IT and OT network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Install, configure, and support technologies such as SD-WAN, IT/OT Ethernet switches, firewalls, controller-based, and cloud-managed Wi-Fi solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders and plant teams to consult on network technologies and recommend solutions that support operational goals.
  • Lead and manage network-related projects, including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and milestone tracking.
  • Conduct cost analysis and vendor comparisons to evaluate and recommend the best-fit technologies and solutions.
  • Provide technical training and develop proposals to support operational and business needs.
  • Support network initiatives at other International Motors locations as needed.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of IT Networking experience

OR
  • Master's degree and at least 1 year of IT Networking experience

Desired Skills
  • CCNP certification or equivalent hands-on experience required.
  • Experience working with network technologies from Cisco, Aruba, and Palo Alto.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to break large initiatives into manageable tasks and drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with IT teams and simplify complex concepts for plant leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience supporting both IT and OT network environments is highly valued.
