Job description

Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM & CAD Technician with hands-on experience in Architecture, and Structural disciplines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models (primarily LOD300), preparing construction drawings, and assisting with CAD-based detailing. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage BIM models up to LOD300 for architectural, MEP, and structural disciplines.

Prepare detailed construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation using AutoCAD. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and coordinated design outputs. Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts across disciplines using platforms like Navisworks.

Integrate point cloud scans into BIM models where applicable. Develop and manage BIM content such as parametric families, system components, and quantity schedules. Maintain project documentation and adhere to company and client BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

Provide support on CAD drafting tasks when required, especially for detailing and fabrication documentation. Participate in project coordination meetings and support QA/QC of model content.Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a BIM/CAD Technician working on Architecture, MEP, and Structural projects. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD ; experience with Bentley Suite like OpenBuildings, Autodesk Navisworks is a strong plus

Familiarity with industry standards for BIM and CAD deliverables. Solid understanding of Architectural, Engineering and Construction documentation Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
