Second-level Administrative Support

Job Description

Second-level Administrative Support incumbents perform a variety of clerical, printing, scanning and mail related tasks in support of a work unit.

What You'll Need To Be Successful

Must be able to abide by rules and regulations and procedures governing the workplace and ensure the safety security and order of the facility. Employees at this level are required to be familiar with the knowledge of the procedures and processes applicable to the performance of the work.

Preferred Qualifications Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of experience. *NOTE* Applicants with High School diploma/GED or "some college" would need to submit a letter requesting experience to be considered in lieu of education requirement.
