What is a scaffolder?

Scaffolding workers, also known as scaffolders, are professionals who assemble, maintain, and dismantle temporary structures used to support workers and materials during the construction, repair, or cleaning of buildings and other large structures. Scaffolders often work at great heights and must have a strong understanding of safety procedures, construction techniques, and the correct use of scaffolding materials. Their work is crucial for the safety and efficiency of many construction projects.

What exactly do scaffolding do?

Scaffolding workers build, assemble, and dismantle temporary structures such as platforms, ladders, and supports to provide safe access to high or hard-to-reach areas during construction, maintenance, or repair projects.
