Everett Ship Repair is the Pacific Northwest Premier Ship Repair Facility. Founded in 2019, Everett Ship Repair offers vast ship repair capabilities from its facility in Everett, Washington, including repair, maintenance, and conversion services for any type of commercial vessels, with focus on commercial workboats and passenger vessels. We are seeking a Scaffolder Foreman who directs the daily activities of scaffold crews engaged in scaffold construction and environmental containment operations. This position organizes work, supervises crews, ensures quality workmanship, maintains productivity, and enforces compliance with OSHA regulations, environmental requirements, company policies, and customer specifications while working closely with the Scaffold Supervisor.
What You will Do
  • Lead scaffold crews during scaffold and containment operations
  • Plan, coordinate, supervise, inspect, and remove environmental containment systems
  • Assign daily work tasks and monitor productivity
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
  • Inspect scaffold materials and completed work
  • Conduct pre-job safety meetings and hazard assessments
  • Train and mentor Apprentice and Journeyman Scaffolders
  • Coordinate work with other departments and contractors
  • Complete daily reports and documentation
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
  • Other tasks as directed

  • 6+ years of scaffold experience with a minimum 1 year leading scaffold crews
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Strong knowledge of scaffold construction and containment systems
  • Ability to coordinate multiple work activities simultaneously
  • Excellent safety record
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction
  • Advanced knowledge of scaffold construction
  • Advanced knowledge of environmental containment systems
