Job Description Summary

Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest-growing rental company in North America, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Film & Entertainment Services team.

You'll play a critical role preparing, maintaining, and coordinating specialized equipment used across the entertainment industry while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day flow of equipment through the warehouse while ensuring accuracy, safety, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and stage rental orders for film and television productions, including motors, truss, rigging, scaffold, and related equipment
  • Receive, inspect, count, and process returned equipment from completed productions
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Pick, pack, and fulfill orders for branch locations and customer projects
  • Assist with inventory control, stocking, and organization of warehouse materials
  • Perform general equipment cleaning, inspection, and preventative maintenance
  • Coordinate shipments and assist with freight logistics when required
  • Secure equipment properly for transport
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures for loading, unloading, storage, and handling of equipment
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as authorized
  • Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, construction, rental, or industrial experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Familiarity with the safe operation of hand tools and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
Assets That Will Help You Succeed
  • Experience in the film, entertainment, construction, or equipment rental industries
  • Experience operating forklifts or other lift equipment
  • Knowledge of rigging, truss, scaffold, motors, or related production equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience performing equipment repairs or maintenance
  • Experience securing loads and preparing equipment for transportation
  • 3-ton truck driving experience
  • Construction or industrial equipment experience

Base Pay Range

23.35 - 32.09
